It's not a holiday without cocktails

We simply couldn't have a summer celebration without a cocktail in hand and for Saturday's screening of Roman Holiday our special €5 cocktail will be the Summer Breeze, a delicious and refreshing combination of vodka, grapefruit and cranberry juice. For the perfect Italian experience, bottles of wine and  a pizza can be bought together for €18 and ice cream, sweets and Italian treats will also be available from our lovely usher and usherette.

Road Trip

It always feels like all the fun things are happening else where but why not turn your quest to see classic films, wear vintage finery and dance around with cocktail in hand, into a road trip.

In and around Stephens green where the Sugar Club is situated (you don't want to walk too far in heels) one of the higher priced options is Dublin's most opulent hotel The Shelbourne where you can get a Queen sized room for €215. For half that you can go to the Camden Court Hotel which boasts a pool and Jacuzzi for those who've danced all night long. For a quarter of that price The Times Hostel can be your home for the night. If in doubt call your Dublin friends and relatives or make some Dublin friends pronto and sleep on their couch.

The best mode of transportation for the night in question would be a Vespa, for those lucky enough to own one or a car take some time to spot a free weekend car parking space or park it in  the Stephens Green parking lot which is €10 per day or €5 overnight from 5pm to 9am. If your going to take the train book your tickets over the internet because their cheaper and if that's to expensive the City Link bus is a great option.
